Rather than multiple visits over the course of a year, the All-On-4 procedure can be completed in one visit that lasts about 4.5 hours!

How Does All-On-4 Work

The concept of All-On-4 is that rather than use an implant for every tooth being replaced, an implant dentist can use four strategically placed implants to secure a full-arch prosthesis. This can replace an entire row of teeth at once in one procedure.

By angling the two posterior implants, a lower bone volume is needed to attain a solid bone-to-implant contact. This reduces the need for bone grafts and gives better load-bearing support for the implants.

Though there is still recovery time involved afterward, the patient is never without usable teeth using this method.

Dr. Bonnick’s office is proud to offer this innovative new approach to implant dentistry. As the first dentist in Guilford county to utilize SimPlant technology for implants in 2004, dedication to remaining cutting-edge for the benefit of the patient is important.
